Job summary

A leading soft services provider in Dumfries is seeking a Cleaning Operative to perform various cleaning duties, ensure high standards, and manage equipment. You'll work flexible hours from Monday to Friday and benefit from 20 days of holiday plus other employee assistance programs. A smart phone is required for accessing the attendance system.

Role Specifications

• All round cleaning experience
• To carry out all cleaning duties in line with the specification and direction given to the highest standard.
• General Duties will include Dusting, Mopping, Toilets, Emptying Bins
• Ensuring you follow and are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
• Correct management and use of materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
• Monitoring of all cleaning activities and providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties
• To work flexibly and as part of a team

Working Hours

Working Hours for a Cleaning Operative: 14

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 15:00-18:30
