We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning.
• Ensure that cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following correct Health & Safety procedures; provide technical training as and when required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
• Deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
