Candidates should have attention to detail and communication skills as they will be responsible for various cleaning duties including office, washroom, and kitchen cleanings. Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Smart clean appearance required.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Experience using a buffing machine is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties as directed by the Cleaning Lead and Supervisor.
• Perform office and workstation cleaning including IT equipment.
• Undertake hard floor cleaning using a buffing machine.
• Vacuum, dust, and remove waste.
• Clean kitchen, vending areas, and washrooms.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Experienced cleaning operatives with great attention to details required. ABM uniform will be provided and must be always worn. To carry out cleaning duties as directed by the Cleaning Lead and Supervisor. Main Duties & Responsibilities includes :

• Office Cleaning / Workstation cleaning (IT equipment)
• Hard floor Cleaning (Use of Buffing machine / Scrubber Dryer) Training given
• Vacuuming / Dusting / Waste removal
• Kitchen / Vending area Cleaning
• Washroom / Toilet cleaning
• Machine Carpet cleaning
• Touch Point Cleaning
• Cleaning crockery

Person Specification

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Smart Clean Appearance
• Can work as part of a team as well as working alone
• Being able to use a buffing machine an advantage (not essential as training will be given)
• A proactive / can do attitude to work.

ESSENTIAL

• The successful candidates must have to clear BS 7858 Vetting, including 5 years work history before onboard with ABM.
