Job description

Seeking a reliable, dependable, punctual, trustworthy female with a kind positive nature. Weekly household duties include cleaning, washing dishes, laundry, ironing, etc. Duties may also include personal care, driving to shop/chemist, assistance when attending appointments (e.g. driving service user to and from appointments and pushing wheelchair). Occasionally additional hours will be required. Other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Weekly household duties including cleaning, washing dishes, laundry, ironing, etc.
• Any other duties as required.
• Providing assistance with personal care, dressing, showering, hair wash/dry, cooking, driving to shop, chemist, or appointments (mileage allowance paid), and pushing wheelchair if required to work additional hours.

Skills and Qualifications

• Domestic housekeeping skills.
• Caring experience required (can include children/family).
• Use of a car/vehicle able to transport a manual wheelchair.
• A valid UK driving licence.
• References of 2 previous employers required. Referees will be contacted prior to any job offer.
• Willing to undertake an Enhanced Access NI check (Trust funded) before being offered the position.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Comfortable with a dog.
