About the Role

As a Cleaner at Atlas you’ll dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients. You will be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week of work, learning how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
  • Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards and be fully prepared for safety duties.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic, take pride in work and have great attention to detail.
  • A positive and friendly attitude.
  • Local to the area, able to commute to the client site.
  • Basic level of spoken English (for safety and communication purposes).
  • Taste for service delivery with a smile.
  • Right to work in the UK (evidence required at interview).
  • Physical ability to carry out cleaning duties.
  • Cleaning experience welcome but not essential – we can train from scratch if you match our positive approach.
