Position: Cleaner
Location: Various locations within the region of Lincolnshire
Working Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Driving Required: Yes

What You'll Do:

As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing all cleans to a compliant standard within set timescales.
  • Reporting completed cleans to your Line Manager and updating the system.
  • Ensuring the safety of all Service Users while cleaning.
  • Using equipment and cleaning materials in line with guidelines.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including PPE usage.
  • Notifying the Maintenance Administration Department of any defects that may affect safety.
  • Checking property reports before undertaking cleaning tasks.
  • Cleaning carpets using appropriate equipment and PPE when required.
  • Collaborating with team members across geographical areas as needed.
  • Completing mandatory training to excel in your role.
Materials Management:

Purchasing materials only from approved suppliers and keeping detailed receipts.
Managing stock inventory and notifying your Line Manager when replenishments are needed.

Waste Disposal:

Removing waste and ensuring proper disposal in licenced areas, recycling when possible.

Health & Safety:

Adhering to health and safety standards including COSHH regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

Competency in IT.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Desirable Experience:
  • Previous cleaning experience in households or large accommodations.
  • Experience working as part of a team and individually.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work overtime based on business needs.
