About The Role

Atlas FM are looking to recruit new team members! We are recruiting a Cleaner on our client’s premises. The days and hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The hourly rate is £12.60. Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire.

What you’ll be doing
  • Inducted at the start of your contract; Atlas will train you within your first week of work.
  • Learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment. Atlas will give you all you need to succeed.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
  • Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training will be provided).
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
About You
  • An attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (although we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • A basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and confidence with the public and management team at our client’s site.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • A right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
  • Local to the area and excited about making a difference.
