About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Cleaner to join our team in Norwich. As a member of the Presentation Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our fleet, ensuring a pleasant experience for our passengers. The responsibilities of this role include assisting with the internal and external cleaning of buses and depot premises using specialised equipment and chemicals, as well as being able to work autonomously with initiative, and part of a team.

What you'll be doing
  • Working as part of our bus presentation and turnaround team
  • Ensuring vehicles are safely fuelled, positioned, and parked for the next day's service
  • Carrying out cleaning, presentation, and general yard duties
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
  • Communicating clearly with colleagues and supervisors
  • Following safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment
  • Developing your skills with ongoing training and support

Hours

39 hours per week (5 days over 7) – Late Shift 17:00-01:30

Pay

£12.96 per hour – £26,282 p/a

About you
  • A full driving licence is required for this role (PCV licence advantageous but not essential)
  • At least 6 months' cleaning experience
  • Confidence using cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
