Class 2 Refuse Driver – Temp‑Perm – Worcester

Pure Staff are looking for Class 2 Refuse Drivers in Worcester for a temp‑perm vacancy. This role offers a potential permanent position for the right candidate.

Pay rates:

• Tuesday to Friday days: £14.13 per hour
• Once drivers become permanent: £14.59 per hour

Shifts start at 6:45 a.m. and finish around 4:30 p.m.

Duties of Class 2 Refuse Drivers:

• Collection of waste and recycling
• Tuesday to Friday shifts
• Manual handling – assisting loaders with bins
• Driving around residential areas

Our clients require a candidate who can drive an HGV Class 2 refuse lorry successfully and has good communication skills to ensure all collections are completed efficiently by coordinating with the transport team.

Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 driving licence
• New passes accepted
• CPC Card
• A clean driving licence (no more than six points and no TT, TS, MS, DR, DD codes)

Additional benefits: accrue holiday pay with seven days’ notice of booked holiday and enrolment into a pension scheme after three months.
