Role Overview:
As an HGV2 Driver, you will deliver pallets using a curtain-sided vehicle, ensuring timely and efficient service. You will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, adhering to safety standards and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a curtain-sided HGV2 vehicle safely and efficiently for local deliveries.


• Load and unload pallets securely, ensuring safe transportation to homes and businesses.


• Plan and follow designated delivery routes within the BB postcode area for optimal efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies.


• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing client inquiries or concerns.


• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.


• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation to support operations.


• Collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams to optimize delivery schedules and improve service efficiency.

You Must Have:

• A Valid HGV2 (Class 2) driving license.


• Driver CPC & Digital Tacho.


• Ideally Previous experience in pallet delivery or similar roles preferred.


• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices.


• Excellent time management and organizational skills.


• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.


• Ability to handle physical work, including loading and unloading pallets.
