• Provide administrative support to Claims Adjusters.
• Liaise with brokers and reinsurers on claims queries.
• Complete ledger reconciliation and clearance.
• Track claims payments and work with Finance on reconciliations.
• Maintain claims documents repository.
• Familiarity with operational systems and procedures.
• Assist with audits and ensure to implement recommendations.
• Provide support to the Reinsurance Team.
