Are you a Civil Litigator looking to take on more work in contentious probate and broaden your litigation expertise? If so, this role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of your own caseload, working with autonomy while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team. Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in managing a caseload of general civil litigation matters, as well as contentious probate, and your expertise will be instrumental in providing strategic advice to a wide range of clients and ensuring the effective resolution of their issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters
  • Take ownership of files from initial instruction through to resolution, ensuring timely and effective case management
  • Collaborate with colleagues and work independently to deliver a high-quality service
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

  • Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years PQE
  • Experienced within civil litigation and ideally experience in contentious probate matters
  • Proactive, well-organised and commercially aware approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with clients and colleagues
