Civil Design Engineer (drainage/highway) Manchester

£35k - £45k + package. We are recruiting a Civil Design Engineer, with this well established consultancy to work as part of an established team in the design of a range of civil infrastructure projects and associated civils schemes, working on some truly exceptional schemes making a positive engineering impact. The company offers modern offices and a flexible working environment with the opportunity to work 2 or 3 days from home, a good remuneration package and future career potential.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an established team in the design of civil infrastructure projects and associated civils schemes.
• Design drainage and highway elements across various sectors.
• Contribute to the development of drainage strategies and related deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4+ years of experience as a civil engineer in the design of civils and infrastructure projects in drainage and highway design.
• Good working knowledge of software such as Microdrainage, Causeway Flow, and AutoCAD.
• Experience preparing drainage strategies, FRAs, SUDs, etc.
• Highway design experience is desirable.
• Ideally on a chartered plan or desire to become chartered.
