An engineering design firm in Birmingham is seeking a Civil Engineering Regional Leader to lead civil services and manage client relationships in Alabama. The ideal candidate should have 8-15 years of engineering experience and hold an Alabama P.E. license. This full-time role involves project management, staff oversight, and development of engineering solutions.

TTL is seeking a Civil Engineering Regional Leader in our Birmingham office. This is an opportunity to be a part of a growing team of professionals in our Alabama Civil Engineering service line. In this role, you will play a critical part on our team by leading the civil services team in Birmingham and responsibility for development and maintenance of relationships with clients throughout Alabama. This role requires performance of a wide variety of engineering tasks including business development, project scoping, developing/analyzing project alternative solutions; overseeing and mentoring professional staff, and leading multi-discipline design projects and teams. The individual must have a clear understanding of state and various local design criteria. Coordination with clients, other consultants, government agencies, and TTL project staff will be required.
