  • Experience in a consultancy or in-house housebuilder civil engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering design packages.

Role Overview

Join our technical team as a Civil Engineer, contributing to the design and delivery of our developments. You will work across multiple stages of the technical design process within our in‑house consultancy and gain insight as designs progress from concept to implementation. This is a strong opportunity to develop your skills, share ideas, and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed civil engineering designs for housing developments, including foundations, infrastructure, highways, drainage, and external works.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design solutions within site constraints and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Support quality assurance, review of designs, and delivery of civil engineering works.
  • Contribute to health, safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Holds a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in a consultancy or in‑house housebuilder civil engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering design packages (AutoCAD, PDS, FLOW, Microsoft Office).
  • Knowledge of MICE chartered or incorporated status highly desirable, with studies supported.
  • Experience delivering civil engineering design for commercial or residential developments.
