Are you passionate about maintaining safe, clean, and well-regulated communities? We are seeking a dedicated Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will patrol the district, ensuring compliance with parking and environmental regulations while helping to keep our community safe and welcoming.
Work patterns will vary, including weekends and bank holidays
Enforcement & Monitoring: Patrol public highways and council car parks, issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs), and enforce Public Space Protection Orders.
Environmental Protection: Gather evidence on littering, fly-tipping, and fly-posting while working with law enforcement agencies to tackle anti-social behaviour.
Asset & Vehicle Management: Inspect council assets, ensure proper upkeep of public areas, and operate council vehicles.
Conflict Resolution: Handle confrontational situations professionally and represent the council with authority and integrity.
