Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a QS on Civil Engineering or Utility contracts.
• Good knowledge of NEC forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Have commercial responsibility over a range of work projects under NEC form of contract.
• Review CVR's and margin analysis for projects for financial reporting.
• Produce cash-flow forecasts and keep updated and report on variances.
• Regularly review the supply chain, ensuring best value.
