A local government authority in Southampton is seeking a Team Leader for the City Telecare Services. You will supervise a team of approximately 30 staff, ensuring the delivery of 24/7 alarm monitoring services to over 9,000 vulnerable residents. The ideal candidate has strong supervisory experience, knowledge of assistive technology, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the City Telecare Team of approximately 30 staff, delivering a number of services including:
The post holder will be responsible for supervising all staff working within the team, primarily working normal office hours Monday to Friday, but with the willingness to work outside of these hours occasionally, in line with the needs of the service. Flexibility is essential in this role as the number one priority is continuity of service, and there may be occasions where the post holder is required to carry out front line operational duties in order to ensure business continuity.

Salary:
The salary band for this role is £41,771 - £46,141 per annum. The starting salary is £41,771 with annual progression through the salary bands.
