Overview

City Spa Senior Therapist – Champneys City Spa St Albans

Contract: Part Time
Salary: £14.00 per hour plus commission

As a Senior City Spa Therapist, you will be passionate and friendly, delivering first class service and the highest standard of therapeutic, holistic and wellbeing treatments. You will be confident with facials, massages and nail treatments. As a therapist with Champneys, you will receive excellent training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
• Provide excellent client care to clients paying for Senior Massage.
• Communicate in a positive and constructive manner with the manager about scheduled treatments, changes, additions, and any needs of our clients. Flexibility and cooperation are required, including potential shift changes.
• Attend any appropriate training courses required.
• Keep up to date with developments relating to product ranges and any new treatments.
• Ensure equipment is fully operational and clean; report any defects to maintenance via the Manager at any time of day.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a spa or beauty salon
• At least 2 years’ experience working as a therapist
• NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent

Weekend working is on a rota basis.
