A public safety organization in the UK is seeking a Citizens in Policing Supervisor to lead and manage volunteers. This role involves guiding staff, influencing policing strategies, and engaging with communities. Candidates should have proven leadership experience and a passion for volunteer work. Location : Southern Support and Training HQ, Netley (Hybrid working available)
Contract : Permanent
Hours : Full Time (37 hours per week)
Salary : £40,383 to £42,612 per annum
Closing Date : Sunday 14th December at 23 : 59hrs

Volunteers are at the very heart of our policing community, playing vital roles in strengthening the bond between the force and the public we serve. This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal position at the Strategic Area Policing Hub (SAPH), where you will shape strategy, drive collaboration, and champion the work of Police Support Volunteers and Independent Advisory Groups, among others.
We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in leadership but also truly enthusiastic about working with volunteers; someone who values their contribution, inspires their commitment, and ensures their voices are heard.

Hybrid working is available for this role; you would be expected to work from the office 3 days a week, and are able to work at home for the remaining 2 days.

Are you educated to Level 4 or have relevant experience that would equate to this level?
