A leading luxury department store in Cheltenham is seeking a Christmas Temp Sales Associate - Tills in its Foodhall department. The role involves creating exceptional customer experiences and handling transactions accurately. The ideal candidate has retail or hospitality experience and a strong customer service background. This full-time position offers a salary of £29,988 plus retail bonuses and access to excellent employee benefits.
Christmas Temp Sales Associate - Tills (Foodhall). As a Christmas Sales Associate within our one of a kind Foodhall Tiling department, you’ll enjoy a package that includes a salary of £29,988 + retail bonus, as well as access to our renowned Harrods benefits, including generous discounts across our store and restaurants. We are currently hiring for multiple full-time positions in our tiling area with contracts ranging from mid November to end of January.
Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer. Our Sales Associates take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the “Art of Selling” with their comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.
In this role you will handle transactions smoothly and accurately while providing exceptional service that delights our customers and keeps them coming back.
You will be an exceptional professional with a strong background in retail or hospitality and have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients. With dedication and discipline, you’ll lead by example, inspiring excellence within your team.
