A well-established client in Halesowen is looking for a Chinese Speaking Customer Service Advisor. This full-time, permanent role involves handling enquiries, managing customer complaints, and liaising with suppliers in Hong Kong. Our well-established client based in the Halesowen area are currently recruiting for a Chinese Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming enquiries via telephone and email
  • Liaise with suppliers in Hong Kong
  • Process customer orders
  • Input data into the system
  • Arrange collections and deliveries
  • Manage customer complaints
  • General administration duties as required
Qualifications
  • Be able to communicate fluently in both English and Cantonese
  • Have previous Customer Service/Administration experience
  • Have excellent IT skills

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
