Job Title: Residential Childrens Worker (RCW)

Salary: £14 p / h sleep in rate £65

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childrens Worker to join our team at an Ofsted-registered childrens home in Wimborne, Dorset . The role involves supporting children and young people with complex needs, including emotional, behavioural, or developmental challenges, in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Registered Manager, other staff, and external professionals to provide high-quality care that promotes positive outcomes, personal growth, and wellbeing for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct care and support to children in line with individual care plans and risk assessments.

Build trusting, supportive, and consistent relationships with children, acting as a positive role model.
