A regional health trust in Sittingbourne is seeking a motivated part-time Children Support Worker to support children with learning difficulties and health conditions. The role includes conducting intervention sessions, facilitating play-based activities, and providing personal care. This part‑time role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic support worker to work within an assessment and intervention nursery based in Sittingbourne.
The Nursery Team is looking for a Band 3 Children Support worker to join the team.
The role will be based within a nursery and requires the following daily activities:
22.5 hours per week, spread across three days – one of the days must be a Wednesday.
Training in the appropriate skills will be provided, with access to a wide training programme at KCHFT.
At this stage, the role is open only to colleagues currently employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts and the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB). Nursing vacancies are also open to Student Nurses and Newly Qualified Nurses.
