Job description
Children's Support Worker Preston

We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker for our young client in Preston.

About the Role

This role is to support a 13‑year‑old girl with complex needs, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, developmental delay, and significant visual impairment. She has a gastrostomy through which she receives all nutrition and medication, and she is a full‑time wheelchair user.

She lives at home with her mother, stepfather, and younger sister. She also spends time with her father once during the week and stays overnight with him one night at the weekend. Support may therefore take place across different settings; however, all locations are within the same postcode area.

Shifts

Weekday and weekend shifts are available which include mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

  • Mornings: 07:30am‑9am / 8am‑9am
  • Afternoons: 3pm‑8:30pm
  • Evenings: 07:30pm‑08:30pm

Please note that shift times may change during school holidays.
