Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day, you will provide assessment and therapy services to a mixed paediatric caseload with speech, language and communication needs, as well as report writing and opportunities for training parents/carers and those working with children with SLCN.
  • Once established within the team, there are opportunities for working within one of many special schools and provisions with support, working with children with a variety of severe, additional and complex needs, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Difficulties, Developmental Language Disorder and Speech Disorders.
  • We always ask for your preferences of where you would like to work any time we are re-timetabling.
  • You will be part of a dynamic, committed team of staff delivering high-quality services to the population of Bromley. We believe in innovation and encourage staff to work in new and effective ways.

We are currently developing a Universal, Targeted Specialist model in mainstream schools, delivering EHCP intervention in mainstream schools, as well as expanding our buy-in service in mainstream schools, special schools and provisions.
