Overview

The Hounslow Speech and Language Therapy Team is seeking a dynamic and experienced therapist to join as a Preschool Team Lead. The role combines clinical leadership and service development while managing a small clinical caseload within the Hounslow Children’s Speech and Language Therapy Service.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver responsive, high‑quality support for babies, children and young people with a range of speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).
• Work closely with the current SLT Team Leads, the service manager and the Occupational and Physiotherapy Team Leads.
• Combine clinical leadership with service development, managing and supporting staff while maintaining clinical care.
