Overview

Working in our Children's Homes means being part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life. You’ll be there for the highs and lows, helping them get their childhood back and creating pathways to become well‑rounded adults. The role is rewarding and less dull than you might think.

Responsibilities
  • Take care of young people day to day – make sure they are ready for school, help with homework, complete paperwork and plan activities.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the home – organise daily routines, support staff and keep the environment safe.
  • Engage in evening and weekend activities – Xbox, football, film day or go‑karting – to create lasting memories.
  • Support each young person’s needs, personality and potential – guide them toward a positive future.

  • Salary – Base salary £29,034 – £35,400 (with bonuses for up to 4 sleep‑ins per month £80 each, approx. £3,840 per year).

Qualifications
