Your role: As a Residential Child Care Worker, you'll be a vital part of a supportive, dedicated team, creating a safe, loving, and stable home for young people. You'll work closely with professionals and agencies to ensure each child feels safe, valued, and empowered to thrive. Qualifications & Experience

If you have a Level 3/4 qualification (or are willing to work towards one) and at least 6 to 12 months of experience in a children’s residential setting, you’re qualified. We also prefer:

  • 1+ year experience in a children's residential setting.
  • Driver's license (preferred).
  • NVQ L3/L4 Children and Young Peoples Workforce (preferred or willing to work towards).
Location & Pay

Location: Ormskirk

Pay: £12.37 (non‑qualified) – £13.50 / hr (qualified) + £60 sleep‑in. Shifts: 2 on / 4 off.
