What You’ll Do
  • As a vital part of our care team, you’ll support vulnerable young people aged 8–18 with diverse emotional and behavioural needs. Your role will include:
  • Building nurturing, respectful relationships
  • Supporting with daily routines like meals, hygiene, homework
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-worth
  • Participating in school life and leading educational and life skills activities
  • Responding calmly to challenging behaviour and emotional distress
  • Supporting health and wellbeing needs, including safeguarding and personal care
  • Creating a stable, safe, and homely environment in line with care plans
  • Follow a 2-on / 3-off shift pattern (with sleep-ins) and part-time options (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month)
