Qualifications

  • Substantial managerial experience within children’s residential care (minimum two years).
  • Proven ability to drive and maintain high standards, with a history of achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted judgments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.

Children's Home Registered Manager Required for a Brand New Children's EBD Home in Shropshire.

Up to £55,000 + Performance Bonuses

We are seeking a lead to launch and manage a brand-new, three-bedroom children’s home. This is a chance to shape the culture, build your own team, and implement your vision of truly therapeutic, trauma‑informed care from the ground up.

Qualifications
  • Must hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People’s Residential Management).
