A children's care organization in Sutton St James is seeking a passionate Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children's complex care home. Responsibilities include developing care plans tailored to each child's needs, building and retaining a skilled team, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have relevant supervisory experience in residential care and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare.
