Requirements / Experience
  • Proven experience as a Residential Manager or Deputy Manager in children's residential care
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or working towards for DM)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ofsted inspection experience
  • Ability to lead, inspire and support a staff team to deliver high-quality care
