• Current NMC PIN to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UK or expected full NMC PIN within 3 months.
• Ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Provide clinical training and support for registered and non-registered staff.
• Act as a credible role model and resource for colleagues.
• Offer clinical advice to multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
