About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We provide opportunities for you to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are seeking a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading Childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children’s outcomes.
  • Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met.

We seek someone who can achieve outstanding results for children, with:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
  • An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)
