Job summary

A leading holiday company is seeking a Childcare Host to join their team in summer 2026. Candidates with an EU passport will be relocated to one of our holiday destinations. Responsibilities include creating engaging programs for children aged 0-12 and ensuring high childcare standards. Candidates should have experience with children and ideally a childcare qualification. A monthly salary package ranging from 875 to 1050€ is offered, along with additional benefits such as private health insurance and free language lessons.

ABOUT YOU

• You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents / guardians.
• For this position, a recognized childcare qualification / education is beneficial.
• You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team.
• Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
• You are fully conversational in English and one of the following : German, Dutch, French, Polish, Danish, Finnish or Swedish.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
• Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
• Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
• You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents / guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements
