A leading childcare provider is seeking a Childcare Club Manager in Horsham to oversee the Breakfast, Afterschool Club, and Camp. This role involves ensuring safety, mentoring staff, and planning engaging activities. Term Hours : 6.45-9.00am & 2.45-6.30pm plus paid admin time
Camp Hours : 8-hour shifts per day
Salary :
£13.50.Annual Salary is £24,657.75 (£13.50 x 35.125 hr x 52 weeks)

As a Club Manager, you will manage a setting and be specifically responsible for the running of Breakfast, Afterschool Club and Camp, ensuring the delivery of safe, planned, fun activities to the children in our care.
You will provide effective leadership to your staff, whilst meeting the high standards expected to deliver our high-quality childcare. You will ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care and be an excellent role model to your team and the children.
