Every day is different one day you might be helping with daily routines, another youll be out engaging in fun activities, building trust and confidence with young people who need your support the most.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Follow safeguarding and care standards at all times.
  • Provide personal, emotional and practical support to young people.
  • Encourage independence and positive routines.
  • Engage in community and home-based activities.
  • Work with young people displaying challenging behaviour and complex needs.

  • Collaborate with your team to promote the wellbeing and development of each young person.
  • Understand and uphold Ofsted Childrens Home Regulations.
