Chief Operating Officer (COO) — London | ASAP Start

A fast-growing group with globally recognised consumer brands is looking for a hands‑on, high‑impact COO to own end‑to‑end operations and scale the engine of the business. If you thrive in pace, complexity, and transformation—this is your seat at the table.

The COO role

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead Sales Ops, Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics and Fulfilment—building scalable processes, delivering flawless execution across B2B and eCommerce, and driving service, cost and performance improvements.

What you’ll drive

• Reliable order management and customer service across all channels
• A best‑in‑class demand planning + S&OP rhythm
• Supplier performance, long lead‑time sourcing and inventory efficiency
• 3PL/warehouse network productivity, OTIF and cost optimisation
• A strong operating model with clear KPIs, governance and continuous improvement
• High‑performing multi‑disciplinary teams with real accountability

What we’re looking for

• 15+ years in operations/supply chain/general management, including senior leadership
• Deep expertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics or fulfilment
• Track record building and improving end‑to‑end operational processes
• Experience managing 3PLs, warehouses and order management systems
• Comfortable in high‑growth or turnaround environments
• Sportswear/fashion/footwear background strongly preferred
