COO mandate | 🚀 Globally renowned organisation | One of London’s original AI pioneers | Central London (Hybrid)

I’m supporting a globally renowned, highly profitable, London-based AI scale-up searching for a COO to partner directly with the Founder/CEO as they enter a major new phase of international expansion.

This business is special for all the right reasons. They were one of London’s true AI-first pioneers, founded over a decade ago when AI wasn’t a buzzword but a long-term technical bet. Today, after 10+ years of disciplined growth, they’ve built a category-leading platform used by hundreds of the world’s most recognisable brands, scaling globally with exceptional product depth, world-class engineering, and very strong financial foundations.

What the COO will own:
  • Scaling and professionalising global operations - Commercial (Revenue, Customer Success, Sales), Finance and HR
  • Driving long-term strategy and cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, GTM and Ops
  • Building, coaching and levelling-up high-performing teams
  • Owning operational excellence, forecasting, GTM efficiency and company-wide execution
  • Acting as the Founder/CEO’s closest strategic partner as new products, markets and commercial channels roll out
