The CSU Chancellor's Office, located on the waterfront adjacent to the Aquarium of the Pacific in downtown Long Beach, is the headquarters for the nation's largest and most diverse system of higher education. Salary
The anticipated salary range is between $175,000 to $195,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Chief of Staff, Human Resources to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Office of Human Resources Division. The incumbent ensures effective coordination of Board of Trustees (BOT) matters, budget development and oversight, strategic planning, and key administrative operations.
The Chief of Staff ensures that the VC / CHRO is optimally prepared for Board of Trustees (BOT) and executive-level engagements; leads the development and monitoring of the Human Resources budget; supports strategic planning and divisional goal alignment; and manages office operations to advance the vision and priorities of the VC / CHRO.
