The Client:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a boutique investment firm. The Chief of Staff will serve as the CEO's strategic and operational right hand.

The Role:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful private equity firm as Chief of Staff to a CEO. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Partner with leadership teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Lead projects that drive growth
  • Ensure management teams deliver consistently
  • Conduct market analysis
  • Act as a trusted deputy to the CEO, representing them in key meetings and initiatives
  • Elevate leadership behaviours and managerial standards across all teams
  • Prepare board meetings and CEO briefings
  • Ad-hoc project and administrative support
Candidate Specification:
  • Previous consulting experience is preferred
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with strong execution discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of operational improvement, transformation, or value creation
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion and excellent time management
  • Autonomous and self-starting
  • Strong communicator and influencer with emotional intelligence
  • Flexible, adaptable and can-do attitude

  • Salary for this role is highly competitive (up to circa £120K) and the role comes with excellent additional benefits
  • This is a demanding role which will require some flexibility outside core hours
