We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who can operate at founder‑level intensity and turn complex strategy into executed reality.
You’ll work directly with the founders to build and scale the company during its most formative stage. This is a true “right hand” role - you’ll be in every critical conversation, shape key decisions, and execute on initiatives that define the company’s trajectory.
Strategic Execution
Translate the company vision into executable plans with clear deliverables
Drive critical cross‑functional projects from conception to completion
Build frameworks, processes, and systems as we establish the category
Own high‑impact initiatives that directly shape our market position
Growth
Support the development of the execution strategy
Engage directly with partners and key stakeholders
Business Operations & Analytics
Design scalable systems and operational workflows
Build financial models and track critical business metrics
Synthesise complex information and drive data‑informed decisions
Ensure seamless execution across all company initiatives
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Produce high‑quality strategic documents rapidly
Represent governr in meetings with partners, and advisors
Manage relationships with external stakeholders and advisors
Create alignment across internal teams and external partners
