Job description

Hitech have been competing in F4 since 2022, with much success across various championships including 2 x Drivers titles in 3 years in British F4 and multiple wins in UAE and Spain.

As a Chief mechanic across Hitech’s F4 programmes, the role includes ensuring the race cars and equipment are built to the highest standards. The role requires the successful applicant to liaise with the Team Manager and Chief Engineer on a regular basis to ensure all work required is carried out and deadlines met. Willingness to travel and flexibility with scheduling is important.

The successful applicant will be responsible for generating job lists, supervising a team of mechanics across four cars, as well as ensuring spare parts and equipment are maintained and set up/pack down at event runs smoothly. A ‘hands on’ attitude is a must, as well as a strong attention to detail.
