Qualifications

• Current CofC or equivalent on military fast jet with valid medical category.
• Experience in developmental and certification flight testing.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the team of test pilots and flight test personnel.
• Planning, executing, and debriefing flight test missions.
• Maintaining a robust flight safety culture.

Skills

Extensive experience as a military or civilian fast jet test pilot

Demonstrated leadership in flight test operations

Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams

Knowledge of UK and international aviation regulations

Education

Formal Class A qualification from a recognised test pilot school

Current EASA/CAA CPL/IR with Class 1 medical
