Job description

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term investment strategy for all business units.
• Ensure strong cash-flow management, cost control, and financial stability across group operations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for board and leadership.
• Ensure taxation, compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting.
• Assess financial risks, evaluate investment opportunities, and guide strategic decisions for new resorts, land development, and business expansions.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts teams across the group.
