A regional educational trust is seeking a CEO to lead strategies that improve the life chances of disadvantaged young people. The role involves providing inspirational leadership, supporting staff, and working with schools to foster positive outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to safeguarding and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. The salary is between £135,000 to £145,000 per annum.
Location: The Wycombe area with Aspire Alternative Provision. Salary Type: £135,000 to £145,000 per annum. Salary details: Salary according to experience. Contract type: Permanent. Hours: Full time. Closing date: 0900 on 29 September. Interviews to be held: 8 and 9 October 2025.
Aspire provides 'outstanding' alternative educational provision and support for secondary-aged students. Students attend full or part time and are referred to us by schools and the Local Authority.
