Overview

Location: The Wycombe area with Aspire Alternative Provision. Salary Type: £135,000 to £145,000 per annum. Salary details: Salary according to experience. Contract type: Permanent. Hours: Full time. Closing date: 0900 on 29 September. Interviews to be held: 8 and 9 October 2025.

About Us

Aspire provides 'outstanding' alternative educational provision and support for secondary-aged students. Students attend full or part time and are referred to us by schools and the Local Authority. Our focus is to support young people, together with their families and schools, to reach beyond their potential and enable them to flourish by developing positive behaviours, attitudes and aspirations.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • An enhanced DBS check and references; completion of a pre-employment health check.
