Candidate Requirements

Minimum 8 years in a similar role and at least 10 years in the financial market.

Role: Chief Compliance Officer

Location: London

Main Responsibilities

1. Develop and oversee Compliance and AML tasks as the second line of defense, in accordance with UK regulations and group policies.
2. Identify and assess compliance risks, establishing procedures and policies aligned with group standards.
3. Implement the Group Compliance Monitoring program, including UK regulatory obligations, controls, and reporting.
4. Centralize compliance information, analyze issues, and follow up on interventions.
5. Conduct client due diligence and AML transaction monitoring.
6. Assess ML risk and advise senior management on compliance matters.
7. Provide compliance training and communicate with financial authorities.
