A leading catering services provider in the UK is seeking a Chef Supervisor at HMP Parc, Bridgend. You will supervise and assist enhanced inmates in the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations. The role requires a relevant culinary qualification and experience in large-scale kitchens. Full-time, 37 hours per week, with a pay rate of £14.66/hour and various employee benefits.
Work with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals 3 times a day. You will be supervising and assisting enhanced inmates in the kitchen unit.
