About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Chefs to join our professional kitchen teams across high-end restaurants, hotels, private members clubs, corporate sites, and event venues. This role is ideal for chefs who are passionate about food, quality, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety (COSHH & HACCP)
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
  • Manage stock, food rotation, and portion control
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
  • Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work in different kitchen environments (restaurants, hotels, events, etc.)
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Right to work in the UK
